We monitor your flight in real time. We provide complimentary wait time for delays up to a certain extent. Time thereafter, a standard waiting fee may apply.
While we welcome round-trip bookings, we cannot guarantee the same driver for both legs of the journey. Professional service is guaranteed regardless of the assigned driver.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or heavy traffic. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride.
